Digital proofs are typically prepared within 2–3 business days after order placement. No engraving begins without your explicit approval.

Premium Packaging

Each handcrafted crystal award is presented in a luxurious, custom-fit gift box with internal cushioning for secure transit. Box styles may vary slightly depending on the award's dimensions and shape to ensure the best possible protection and presentation.

Sample Service

We can produce a pre-production sample for quality verification. Sample production takes approximately 2 weeks.

The customer is responsible for covering the sample cost and shipping fees.

After-Sales Support

Due to the delicate nature of crystal and art glass, a breakage rate of 2–3% during shipping is considered normal and industry-standard.

Should damage exceed this threshold, we will replace the affected items at no additional cost and arrange prompt reshipment.

Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required to initiate production; the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

Established customers may qualify for reduced deposit terms, but full payment is always required prior to dispatch.

Standard Production: 2–3 weeks after receipt of approved artwork and deposit.

Expedited Service: Available for urgent orders-1, 2, or 3 business day production turnaround.
