Your Design, Our Craftsmanship

The design begins with your outline: a circle, or a die-cut silhouette - the star coin shown here carries one state abbreviation in each point and the unit's name around the rim. From there, the artwork is built in levels. Raised elements are struck in polished metal; recessed areas take enamel in navy, red, green or any colour you specify, so the insignia sits above the colour instead of being printed on it. Choose the metal base - zinc alloy, brass or iron - and the finish, from polished gold and silver to vintage antique bronze. Then choose how the colour is filled: soft enamel for a textured, traditional look, hard enamel for a smooth surface that resists wear, or epoxy for a domed, protected finish. Special constructions such as custom cut-outs, spinning centres and bottle-opener coins are produced on the same line. And because the die is a one-time investment, the second order of the same coin costs less than the first.

Every batch is inspected for strike depth, plating quality, colour matching and edge finish before packing, and we send final photographs for your approval before shipping. Because stamping, enamelling, plating and packing are handled in-house, we support a first run of a few hundred pieces as readily as a reorder programme across a whole agency - and we can reproduce the same coin every year with only the date or chapter mark changed.
